Park County, Wyoming needs a Prosecuting Attorney who will fight for our families, our way of life, and the rule of law — not excuses or soft approaches.

I am running as a conservative candidate for Park County & Prosecuting Attorney because too many of our core values — safety, accountability, fiscal responsibility, and protecting the next generation — are being undermined by complacency and under-enforcement. We live in one of the most beautiful, rural counties in America, but that doesn’t mean crime, dysfunction, and waste don’t exist here. They do. And too many residents remain unaware of the full picture.

Strong Stance on Crime

I will bring a zero-tolerance approach to prosecuting crime. Criminals who prey on our communities — through theft, drugs, assault, or property destruction — will face real consequences, not revolving-door plea deals that let them back out to reoffend. Park County deserves prosecutors who stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our sheriff’s office and local law enforcement, not ones who negotiate away justice. Strong prosecution deters crime and keeps our streets, ranches, and neighborhoods safe.

Shining a Light on Crime the Community Doesn’t Fully See

Many good people in Park County go about their lives unaware of the drug activity, domestic violence, property crime, and repeat offenders operating in the shadows. I will increase transparency so residents know what’s really happening. When the public is informed, they can support the tough enforcement needed. Ignorance helps criminals; sunlight and accountability do not.

Ensuring Kids Go to School

Education is the foundation of a strong future. Wyoming law already treats habitual truancy and willful absenteeism seriously — as issues that can lead to child-in-need-of-supervision proceedings. As DA, I will work aggressively with schools and families to enforce attendance laws. Kids belong in school learning, not wandering or falling behind. Holding parents accountable when necessary protects children and strengthens our communities.

Zero Tolerance for Child Predators

Protecting our children from sexual predators and exploiters is non-negotiable. I will pursue these cases with maximum vigor — no leniency, no early releases, and full use of every tool available to keep predators off our streets and away from our families. Park County families deserve a prosecutor who treats crimes against children as the most serious offenses possible.

Smart, Conservative Use of County Resources

Taxpayers in Park County work hard. Their money, land, and water should be protected and used wisely.

Funds: I will prosecute cases efficiently to reduce long-term costs from recidivism and court backlogs. No wasteful spending or bloated programs — just effective justice that delivers results without draining the county budget.
Land: I will defend county interests in land-use decisions and support multiple-use principles on public lands. Our agricultural heritage, grazing rights, and local economy depend on it.
Water: Water is life in Wyoming. I will protect senior water rights, fight efforts to transfer or diminish local resources, and ensure county residents and ranchers are not shortchanged by outside interests or poor management.

Maximizing Existing County Resources That Are Under-Used

We don’t need to create new bureaucracies or spend more money. We need to fully utilize what we already have:

Crisis Intervention Services (CIS): Better coordination for victims of crime and domestic violence so cases move forward effectively.
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates): Stronger advocacy for children in the system so their voices are heard and their best interests protected.
Drug Court: Expand its use for appropriate non-violent offenders to break the cycle of addiction and crime without filling jails unnecessarily — while still holding people accountable.
Sheriff’s Department IT and data systems: Improve information sharing and tracking so we can identify repeat offenders, close cases faster, and make smarter prosecution decisions.

Using these tools to their full potential is common-sense conservatism: get more results from the resources we already fund.

Protection of Public Lands

Park County is surrounded by public lands that define our identity — hunting, fishing, ranching, recreation, and our rural character. I will fight to keep these lands in public hands under true multiple-use management, with strong local input. We oppose federal overreach, restrictive rules that hurt working families, and any efforts to sell off or lock away our heritage. These lands belong to the people of Wyoming, not distant bureaucrats or special interests.

Protecting Election Integrity

Free and fair elections are the bedrock of our republic. I will aggressively prosecute any voter fraud or election crimes that come to light. Park County voters deserve confidence that every legal ballot counts and that illegal ones do not. I support secure processes, voter ID where appropriate, and swift action against anyone who tries to undermine our elections.

Park County deserves a Prosecuting Attorney who is tough on crime, protective of families and children, fiscally responsible, and committed to our traditional Wyoming values. Not more of the same. Not soft policies that fail our communities. Real accountability, real results, and a prosecutor who will stand up for the people who live and work here.
